• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination
• Using bots or scripts to scrape or automate access
• Attempting to interfere with the service's functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user violating these rules.

Service Limitations

• Users cannot message others within the platform.
• All redirections and external communication happen through third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram).
• Socialz is not responsible for interactions or content on third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property

All original content, logos, and design elements on Socialz are the property of the platform and may not be reused without permission. User-generated data remains owned by the user, but you grant us a license to display your public Instagram data within the service.

No Endorsement of Third-Party Content

Socialz displays publicly available Instagram information. We do not endorse or verify third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or use.

No Advertising or Paid Services

Socialz does not run third-party advertisements and does not offer any paid or premium features.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any resulting inconvenience or data loss.

Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or for any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Socialz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or that data displayed will always be current or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
